S!gnal

S!gnal is another label under Sobeys Inc. Label which carries a variety of everyday basics. S!gnal carries everything from food to household items at the lowest price and much cheaper than Compliments. S!gnal products are only available at Sobeys Inc. Stores.  There is over a hundred quality products under S!gnal name. Lots of way for you to save.

Compliments

Compliments a private label by Sobeys and was introduce in 2005. It offers the best combination of quality, price and selection. Before any products are placed on shelves for sale it is being tested to make sure it is perfect in quality and taste.  Under Compliments there are other brands such as Organic, Green care and sensation.

Club Sobeys

Club Sobeys and Club Sobeys MasterCard is a reward card under Sobeys Inc. Most of the stores with Club Sobeys are in Ontario and Western Canada. Sobeys makes groceries shopping easier for customers using the Sobeys club cards. Also members of the card can receive coupons, free gifts and extra points when purchasing items from the weekly flyers that has bonus points. With this card grocery shopping is more rewarding for customers. With the Sobeys MasterCard customers can earn Air Miles for every $20 spent and every $1 spent in the store is equal to two Sobeys points. However with the regular Sobeys club card every $1 spent in store is equal to one Sobeys points. I do not have a club Sobeys card but I am thinking of getting one.

FreshCo.

FreshCo is the latest Canadian chain of discount food stores under Sobeys Inc. The first FreshCo stores was open on May 12th, 2010 in Brampton and Mississauga, Ontario. Many Price Chopper stores were renovated and converted to FreshCo. In Ontario, there are now 64 FreshCo stores, 4 of them in Brampton. There is a FreshCo store located walking distance from my house as well as a Sobeys. I shop at both store and find them both are good grocery store for different reasons. For example Sobeys is open 24 hours a day and has gourmet minute however FreshCo has lower prices.

Gourmet Minute

Sobeys Gourmet Minute is a section of the store where they sell ready to go meals. On busy days when people just do not have time to make home-cooked meals, Gourmet Minute is perfect.  Fresh home-style food made every day in stores with home-style ingredients and recipes. All recipes are approved by Compliments Consumers Taste Panel.  Also, these meals are affordable and convenient for when you’re on the go.

I have tried many different dishes From Sobeys Gourmet Minute, all very delicious and affordable but my favorite is there potato wedges.

Sobeys is the second largest food vendor in Canada and it is part of the conglomerate Empire Company Limited.Sobeys began as a horse-drawn meat cart in Stellartion, Nova Scotia in 1907. Over a100 years later, Sobeys have over 1,300 supermarkets operating under a variety of banners, 300 stores under the Sobeys brand; stores are located in all ten provinces. Sobeys Inc sales are more than $15.8 billion CAD.
